Hi! I’m Alexa — a certified animal caregiver, and someone who’s built her life around working hands-on with animals in every way I could.
My journey has taken me through the veterinary world, full-time pet sitting, and event planning — each chapter shaping how I understand animals, people, and the relationships we build around care.
Working in a vet’s office taught me the medical side of advocacy. Sitting showed me the day-to-day realities of what pets actually need. Event planning taught me how to bring people together with intention and purpose.
And somewhere along the way, it all started to connect.
My story began at home with my three “pugstables” — Lily, Luna, and Dixon. They were my introduction to everything I thought I knew about being a dog mom… and everything I quickly realized I still had to learn.
Through this grumble, I started to understand just how much our everyday choices matter — not just in how we love our dogs, but in how we care for them, advocate for them, and show up for their health in a more mindful way.
Now, this next chapter looks different in the best way. With Lily still by my side and Darla joining the journey, I’m stepping into something I’ve been building toward all along — opening a concierge storefront focused on wellness, education, and a more elevated approach to everyday pet care.
They are the reason I never have — and never will — give up.
This space is a reflection of that evolution: from vet clinic to pet sitting to events, from grief to growth, and from learning to building something I can now share with my community and the pets we love most.
